Build On Your Land Standard Specifications
These standard features apply to all new construction after January 1, 2014.
Nexxus Homes, Inc. reserves the right to change these and any specifications without notice.
Minimum of 3250 square feet under the roof with Two-Car Garage is needed for Nexxus Home to be able to build on your land.
Appliance:
- Up to $3500.00 allowance for appliance package.
Brick and stone:
- King-size Hanson or CBC Bricks.
- Granbury natural stone for two Gables.
Cabinets:
- 42" Upper Cabinets in Kitchen.
- Concealed "European" hinges.
- Custom made cabinets for each house.
- Rounded and fluted corners in kitchen.
- Raised panel cabinet doors.
- Custom Finishing, on site.
- Rustic Alder or Red Oak lumber for all stain grade cabinets.
Carpet:
- Up to $17.00 per yard allowance for carpet and ½" 6 lb rebound pad.
- Carpet is standard in Formal Dining, Living Room(s), Family Room, Bedrooms and Closets.
Construction:
- Engineered Post Tension Foundation Design.
- Foundation Engineered to 3000 P.S.I.
- Piers would be utilized only with written Engineer recommendation or written Customer request.
- Custom framing for all walls & roof.
- 9' Ceiling Standard in lower floor and 8' ceiling standard in upper floor.
- Engineered I Joist used on Sub-Flooring.
- Tongue & Groove 1-1/8 advantech Plywood or equivalent for second floor.
