These standard features apply to all new construction after January 1, 2014.

Nexxus Homes, Inc. reserves the right to change these and any specifications without notice.

• $2600.00 allowance for Frigidaire or equivalent stainless steel appliance package

Permit:

• Up to $1000.00 allowance for permit.
• If there were no permit required, Nexxus Homes would hire third party inspector to obtain all necessary inspections.

• Direct Limited Manufactures Warranty on Windows, with 5 Years parts and 1 Year labor.

Water Meter:

• Up to $2000.00 allowance for water Meter and water line to the house.
